Terms and Conditions for NyamanSuri Mobile Spa Services

Thank you for choosing NyamanSuri Spa’s mobile services, where our skilled therapists provide treatments in the comfort of your home. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Scheduling

1. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Mobile spa services are available only on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last treatment starts at 3:00 PM).

Environment and Setup Requirements

3. Clients must ensure a clean, proper, and private environment for the therapist to perform the treatment.
4. Treatments are performed on a yoga mat with foam, provided by the therapist.
5. There must be a nearby power outlet where the treatment is conducted.

Payment and Fees

6. Full payment must be made upon booking confirmation.
7. Transportation fees are not included in the treatment price. These fees will be calculated based on the current Grab rate at the time of booking.
8. The destination must not exceed 30 kilometers from our spa location.

Booking Process

9. Bookings can be made via our website or WhatsApp.
10. Once all details are verified and approved, a confirmation will be sent to the client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

11. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
12. Payments are non-refundable but clients may reschedule their booking to a new date within 6 months. After 6 months, the payment will be considered forfeited.
